Appointments
The Golden Strand operates by appointment only. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Permanent Jewelry Services
Permanent jewelry is custom-fitted and welded in place during your appointment.
Due to the personalized nature of this service, all sales are final once the jewelry has been welded.

We are happy to offer complimentary rewelding if the original chain is intact. Replacement chains or charms may incur additional fees.
Care & Responsibility
Our jewelry is crafted for everyday wear, but normal wear, body chemistry, and external factors may affect longevity. Click here to see recommended care.
The Golden Strand is not responsible for loss, damage, or wear due to daily activities, accidents, or exposure to chemicals.
If you have known sensitivities or allergies to metals, please inform us prior to your appointment.
